CITI® UPROMISE® WORLD MASTERCARD® REWARD PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The college savings you can earn from Citi are unlimited in amount when you use the Citi Upromise World MasterCard in accordance with these CITI UPROMISE WORLD MASTERCARD REWARD PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
You will earn 10% college savings on Upromise participating grocery and drug store items when you a) purchase such items in accordance with any manufacturer contribution requirements, b) use your Citi Upromise World MasterCard to make such purchase at Upromise participating grocery and drug stores and c) use a grocery or drug store loyalty card registered in your Upromise account at checkout if the participating grocery or drug store offers a loyalty card. Please note that your Citi Upromise World MasterCard and your grocery and drug store loyalty cards must be registered in the same Upromise account.
You will earn 10% college savings on dining purchases through the Upromise Dining Program when you, a) register your Citi Upromise World MasterCard in the Upromise Dining Program, b) make a qualified purchase at a participating restaurant in the Upromise Dining Program administered by Rewards Network in accordance with the Upromise Dining Program Terms and Conditions and restaurant restrictions, and c) use your registered Citi Upromise World MasterCard to make such qualified Upromise Dining Program purchases. For more information on the Upromise Dining Program contribution requirements including individual restaurant restrictions and contribution amounts, visit upromise.com/dining.
You will also earn 1% college savings on all purchases made with your Citi Upromise World MasterCard. The 1% college savings earned on all purchases allows you to earn a total of 11% college savings on grocery store, drug store and dining purchases that are eligible for the 10% college savings described above.

You must be a Upromise member and your Citi Upromise World MasterCard must be registered with Upromise in order to earn and receive college savings from Citi. To verify that your Citi Upromise World MasterCard is registered with Upromise visit the Profile section of your Upromise account at upromise.com. It may take up to 10 business days or longer from when your Citi Upromise World MasterCard account is opened before your Citi Upromise World MasterCard appears in the Profile section of your Upromise account. If you are not already a Upromise member, visit upromise.com to join for free. Some contributing companies may have additional requirements you must fulfill to earn their Upromise college savings.
College savings are earned on purchases excluding card membership fees, balance transfers, cash advances, returns, credits, convenience checks, finance charges, and any substantially similar charges and fees.
If purchase credits exceed purchases posted to your statement, college savings will not be transferred to your Upromise account, and the amount of excess purchase credits will be subtracted from purchases posted to your next Citi Upromise World MasterCard monthly statement.
To earn college savings from Citi, your Citi Upromise World MasterCard account must be open and not in default under your Card Agreement.
Should you cancel your Upromise membership for any reason, Citi will no longer transfer college savings to your Upromise account on your behalf even though you may continue using your Citi Upromise World MasterCard.
You acknowledge that Citi will report to Upromise the college savings you earned on your Citi Upromise World MasterCard account. You also acknowledge that Citi will share with Upromise experiential and transactional information regarding you and your account. Additionally, in order to administer unlimited college savings for qualified Upromise Dining Program purchases, you acknowledge that Upromise will identify your Citi Upromise World MasterCard to their dining program partner, Rewards Network, for administration of unlimited college savings contributions for qualified purchases.
Following the transfer of college savings to your Upromise account, Citi shall not be responsible or liable in connection with the administration of Upromise service benefits, which shall be the sole responsibility of Upromise, Inc.
The Upromise Service is offered at the sole discretion of Upromise, Inc. From time to time, Upromise may change the program rules, restrictions or benefits including terminating the Upromise Service at any time without prior notice to you.
Citi may revise these CITI UPROMISE WORLD MASTERCARD REWARD PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS at anytime with thirty (30) days' prior written notice to you.

What Citi Upromise World MasterCard account activities counts
towards earning Citi contributions?
Contributions are available from Citi on all purchases excluding balance
transfers, cash advances, returns, credits, convenience checks, finance
charges, and any similar charges or fees. If purchase credits exceed
purchases posted to your Citi statement, no contributions will be credited
to your Upromise account and the amount of excess purchase credits will be
subtracted from purchases posted to your next Citi monthly statement.
How can I maximize my college savings?
Use your Citi Upromise World MasterCard to make purchases at companies that
also participate in the Upromise service. You can get a contribution from
both Citi and from the other Upromise participating company. And to really
maximize your Upromise college savings, be sure to use your card to purchase
Upromise participating products at grocery and drug stores in the Upromise
network, because you can earn 10% EXTRA in college savings for those
purchases. And when you dine at Upromise Dining restaurants, you also can
earn 10% EXTRA college savings. Remember, all these college savings
contributions are on top of those you get from the other Upromise companies.
How soon after I receive my Citi Upromise World MasterCard can I
start earning college savings from Citi?
You should be eligible to start earning college savings from Citi within
1-2 days after receiving your new Citi Upromise World MasterCard. Please
check the status of your card enrollment in the Profile section of your
account. Until Citi and Upromise have completed processing your enrollment,
any purchases you make on your Citi Upromise World MasterCard will not
earn college savings from Citi.
How long will it take for my college savings from Citi to show up in
my Upromise account?
The 1% college savings from Citi that are shown on your Citi Upromise
World MasterCard statement each month will be displayed in your Upromise
account as "pending" within 5 business days of your Citi
statement closing date. In general, you should see your 1% Citi college
savings move from a pending status in your account within 45 days from the
statement closing date on your Citi credit card bill. The 10% Citi
contributions will not be shown on your Citi Upromise World MasterCard
statement. However, you will be able to view this information in the
Account Details section of your Upromise account within 60 days of the
eligible purchase transaction. If you ever have any questions about the 1%
Citi college savings you earned, please call Citi Customer Service 24/7 at
1-800-950-5114. If you have questions about the 10% Citi contributions you
earned, please call Upromise Customer Service at 800-587-3809.
Will my Citi Upromise World MasterCard statement show the Citi
college savings contributions I earn for my Upromise account?

Will I earn college savings on my Citi Upromise World MasterCard
when I use it while traveling abroad?
Yes, you can earn college savings in any country in which you use your Citi
Upromise World MasterCard for purchases. However, you have to be a resident
of the United States to apply for and receive a Citi Upromise World
MasterCard.
What if I decide to cancel my Citi Upromise World
MasterCard?
If you choose to cancel your Citi Upromise World MasterCard, you must call
Citi at 1-800-950-5114 to do so. The college savings you have earned while
using your card are yours to keep.
